Winemaking
Our winemaking "style" is solely determined by this place or terroir we call "Paradigm." Winemaking is agriculture when you own your vineyards and are able to farm them to promote the very best Earth will give you.

Vineyards
Paradigm consists of four contiguous parcels totalling fifty acres. Paradigm is a self-contained winery estate; including fifty acres of vineyard, the winery, two homes, a warehouse, a barn, and an acre of olive trees.
The land destined to become Paradigm was planted to Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, and White Riesling when Ren and Marilyn first purchased the property. In short order Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Zinfandel replaced the original vines. Cabernet Franc along with Petit Verdot were added a bit later.
